How-to use MOAT
- Install one of the MOAT clients
- Choose a MOAT server to subscribe to
- Write content
- Check the MOAT interface of your client
- It will provide a list of URIs that have been defined as a potential meaning for each tag
- Choose one, or add an URI of nothing relevant is found
- Save your content
- RDF description of your content will feature a link to the chosen URI
